We have all check-ins from 2pm and check-outs by 11am.
There is almost always the possibility of early check-in/late check-out! This service is chargeable (usually at the daily rate, but with a discount of 10% to 30%).
Check-in is fully remote! On the day of check-in after payment you will receive detailed instructions on how to check-in to the apartment.
Unfortunately, there is no such option, but you can always leave your belongings in the lockers nearby.
We ask you to be very careful when selecting dates on the calendar when making your reservation, as there are no refunds for abruptly interrupted stays.
Yes, funds will be refunded in full if there are at least 14 days remaining until occupancy.
The deposit amount is returned by transfer to your card on the day of your departure after the final cleaning.
