Frequently Asked Questions
Arrivals and departures are carried out at different times depending on the location. Carefully study the time in the booking system or on the page of the apartment you plan to book.
There is almost always the possibility of early check-in/late check-out! This service is chargeable (usually at the daily rate, but with a discount of 10% to 30%).
Check-in is fully remote! On the day of check-in after payment you will receive detailed instructions on how to check-in to the apartment.
Unfortunately, there is no such option, but you can always leave your belongings in the lockers nearby.
We ask you to be very careful when selecting dates on the calendar when making your reservation, as there are no refunds for abruptly interrupted stays.
Yes, funds will be refunded in full if there are at least 14 days remaining until occupancy.
The deposit amount is returned by transfer to your card on the day of your departure after the final cleaning.
A separate seat for a child must be paid for from the age of 3.
Daily cleaning/change of linen is not included in the price, but for your comfort this option is available as an additional service and you can always order it.
We are very pet-friendly, so many of our apartments are pet-friendly (but be warned: there is a charge for this service). We also have studios where pets have never lived (important for allergy sufferers).
The weather in St. Petersburg is quite changeable, so for your convenience all our apartments have an umbrella and a hairdryer.
We adhere to the comfort of all our visitors, so smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and there are no smoking apartments.
In each apartment you can find the accommodation rules as well as the Wi-Fi password.
